How long does GMB reinstatement take?
Most cases resolve in 5–14 days from filing a correct appeal. Complex cases — multi-location brands, repeat suspensions, or profiles with several rejected appeals already on record — can take three to four weeks.
Why was my appeal rejected?
Almost always because the underlying violation was never fixed, or because the appeal contained no supporting evidence. Google's reviewers need to see proof that the business exists as described, at the address given.
Can a suspended profile lose its reviews?
Reviews are usually restored along with the profile on reinstatement. In rare cases where a listing is deleted rather than suspended, reviews can be lost permanently — which is why acting quickly matters.
